Drop off and collection procedures (Covid)

Gledholt Drop Off System

Enter through the main entrance as usual. Parents to drop students by the toilets ( after ensuring students have been and washed hands). Students will go into the Marsh room if early and previous lesson still happening or straight into hall if on time. Parents should not enter the room or wait in the corridor. Parents exit through the entrance.

Gledholt Collection System

Collect from the fire exit next to the hall. Parents to wait outside, whilst taking extra care as it is a car park. Parents do not enter the building. Helen (or the class teacher) will supervise dismissal of students. If a parent is late for collection, they should text the dance school phone (07745253323) to inform us. The student will be kept in the hall until the parent arrives, the parent should enter through the fire exit door by the hall.

Milnsbridge Drop Off System

Parents should wait outside the building and drop students at the main door. Students should enter and remain in the hall prior to their lesson starting. Students should not enter if early, instead they are asked to remain in their car/ outside until their class time.

Milnsbridge Collection System

Parents should wait outside the building and students will be dismissed through the main entrance. Helen (or the class teacher) will supervise dismissal of students. If a parent is late for collection, they should text the dance school phone (07745253323) to inform us. The student will be kept in the hall until the parent arrives, the parent should enter through the entry door to collect student.
