At Pennine Academy we believe in a mixed dance education meaning every student will learn all the dance styles taught within the weekly core dance class.
We teach in this way to give every dancer a strong foundation through exposing them to a variety of techniques. Each style of dance has transferable skills that complement the others.
This creates a rounded dancer who has a breadth of knowledge and experience should they wish to take examinations or follow performing arts vocationally.
